1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.

Orders placed after cut-off time may be processed the next working day.

2. Shipping & Delivery Timeline

We ship across India through trusted courier partners.

Standard delivery takes approximately 4–10 business days from the date of dispatch.

Curvisha is not liable for courier delays once the parcel has been handed over to the logistics partner.
3. Shipping Charges

Return pickups may be charged at Rs. 50 or more, based on pincode, product type, or courier partner, as explained in our Return Policy.
4. Tracking Your Order

If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours of dispatch, please contact our support.
5. Delivery Attempts & Issues
Failed Delivery Attempts
If the courier is unable to deliver due to:

Incorrect address

Unreachable customer

Customer unavailability

Address issues
the shipment may be returned to us.
In such cases:

Re-shipping can be requested (additional charges may apply)

Prepaid orders may be refunded as per Return Policy

COD refund will only be issued through a refund link
Delayed Deliveries
Curvisha is not responsible for delays caused by:

Courier partner constraints

Remote location routing

Operational issues

Weather or natural events

Festivals/seasonal load
6. Serviceability Restrictions

We currently ship only within India.

Certain remote pincodes may have limited service, delayed delivery, or restricted COD availability.

If your area is non-serviceable:

You may be asked for a different address, or

The order may be cancelled with a full refund (for prepaid orders).

7. If Pickup for Returns Is Not Available
If your pincode does not support courier pickup during a return:
You must self-ship the product to us.

We will reimburse up to Rs. 150 as a Curvisha coupon code once we receive your courier receipt.

You must use a reliable courier service.

We are not responsible for self-shipped items lost or damaged in transit.

8. Damaged, Lost, or Tampered Parcels

If you receive a damaged, tampered, or incorrect parcel, please contact us within 24–48 hours with unboxing photos or videos.

Claims made after 48 hours may not be eligible for review due to courier compliance policies.
