For COD orders:

  • This is the only method to receive a COD refund.

  • Curvisha is not responsible for delays outside our control.

  • Once shipped, tracking details will be provided via SMS/WhatsApp/email.

7. Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

  • 3-day or 5-day eligibility depending on product

  • QC verification before approval

  • Return fee (Rs. 50 or more, depending on location and product)

  • Exchange fee may apply depending on situation

  • Exchange on exchange allowed only if the previous replacement was defective or incorrect

  • Self-ship reimbursement up to Rs. 150 (coupon code) when pickup is unavailable
