Return, Refund and Exchange Policy

Welcome to Curvisha. We want your shopping experience to be smooth and worry-free. Please read the policy below to understand how returns, refunds and exchanges work.


Return and Exchange Eligibility

We offer returns and exchanges based on the product type:

  • 3-Day Return/Exchange Policy for products marked as "3-Day Eligible".

  • 5-Day Return/Exchange Policy for all other eligible products.

The request must be raised within 3 or 5 days from the delivery date, as applicable.


Approval and Discretion

All return or exchange requests are reviewed by our team.

Curvisha reserves the right to refuse any or all return and exchange requests at our sole discretion.

We approve requests only when products meet our QC (Quality Check) standards.


Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must:

  • Be unused, unworn and unwashed

  • Have all original tags, labels and packaging

  • Be free from stains, makeup marks, perfume or damage

  • Include all accessories or add-ons received with the product

Products that fail QC will be returned to the customer.


Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are generally free, but a fee may apply depending on the situation, pincode, product type or operational cost.

  • Exchange is allowed only for size or color of the same product.

  • Exchange on Exchange is not allowed, except if:

    • The exchanged item we sent is defective, or

    • We sent a wrong product by mistake.

  • Exchanges are processed only after QC approval.


Return Charges

Return pickups may have a fee of Rs. 50 or more, depending on the product and pincode.
This fee will either be deducted from the refund amount or you will be asked to pay for it upfront.


Refunds

COD Orders

Refunds for COD orders are issued only through a secure refund link sent via SMS or WhatsApp.
This is the only method to receive COD refunds.

You must claim the refund within the validity period of the link.

Prepaid Orders

Eligible prepaid refunds are credited back to the original payment method after QC approval.

Processing Time

Refunds are initiated after the returned item passes QC.
Depending on your bank or payment gateway, refunds may take a few business days to reflect.


Request Acceptance Window

Your return or exchange request must be accepted by Curvisha within 7 days of raising it.
If not accepted, you may contact us for assistance.


If Pickup Is Not Available at Your Pincode (Self-Ship Returns)

If courier partners cannot pick up your item due to pincode limitations, you will need to self-ship the product to us.

Self-Ship Instructions

  • Use a reliable courier service.

  • Share the courier receipt with our team.

  • You will be reimbursed up to Rs. 150 for your shipping cost.

  • Reimbursement will be provided as a Curvisha coupon code.

Important Notes

  • Send the product in original packaging.

  • Curvisha is not responsible for loss or damage during transit.

  • If the product is lost or damaged, refund/exchange cannot be processed.

  • Once we receive the item, the return will be closed within 15 days.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Innerwear or hygiene-sensitive items

  • Clearance or sale items (as mentioned)

  • Items marked non-returnable on the product page

  • Damaged items not reported at delivery time


QC Failures

If the returned product does not pass QC:

  • The item will be shipped back to you

  • No refund or exchange will be issued
